Description
My first attempt at sculpting a pumpkin with clay sculpting tools(Ray Villafane style!) vs. carving out holes. I think it came out pretty good. I definitely have the bug now. I gotta grow my own pumpkins!

Sorry all, haven't been on in a while. Thanks for the support! Miss-Styx, I used a combination of a basic set of wood carving tools from Michaels, and a pumpkin sculpting set from Ray Villafane's website! I started with the fleshing out of his eyes, nose, and mouth first, then shaped out his head. Then I moved on to the cracks and the Pumpkin King side of his face on the surface itself. Hopefully this year I will have time to do a step by step video
